What Happens Next?
Step 1 – Company Name Check
We will review your preferred company name and, where necessary, your alternative names.
Step 2 – Company Name Reservation
If your preferred company name is available and you decide to proceed, we can reserve your company name with the Registrar of Companies.
Company Name Reservation Fee: Rs. 5,000.00
Step 3 – Company Incorporation Documents
Once the company name is reserved, we will prepare all incorporation documents, including:
- Form 01
- Form 18
- Form 19
- Articles of Association
- Share Certificates
- Beneficial Ownership Forms
- Statutory Registers
- Other incorporation documents applicable to your package
Documents Required From You
To prepare the incorporation documents, we only require:
- NIC copy of each Director
- Email address of each Director
- Mobile number of each Director
No hard copy documents are required.
The entire incorporation process can be completed 100% online.
For most standard company registrations, no address verification documents or additional approvals are required.
Final Submission Process
After preparing your incorporation documents, we will send them to you by email.
Simply:
- Review the documents
- Sign them
- Send us scanned copies by email or WhatsApp
- Make the balance payment
We will then submit all incorporation documents electronically to the Registrar of Companies on your behalf.
Company Secretary Requirement
Every company incorporated in Sri Lanka must appoint a Company Secretary. Under the Companies (Secretaries) Regulations, additional qualification requirements apply where a company’s stated capital is Rs. 500,000 or more or its annual turnover is Rs. 1,000,000 or more.
